Return & Exchange Policy

Sometimes it may happen that you would like to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you don't like the order. Whatever the reason is, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.​

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

 

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@moroccomoods.com. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Exchange product? Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@moroccomoods.com for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself. ​ I have provided an incorrect delivery address! Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Guarantee

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.

 

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@moroccomoods.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. For consumers in the EU it is also possible to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

Shipping Policy

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders are passed on to our suppliers the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. Our products are made especially for you and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. When it comes to customization, we will keep you informed of the delivery time from the start of your order.  ​ The prices stated do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the destination to be delivered.

 

Shipping costs will be settled at checkout.
