  • In what formats the prints can be ordered?
    The prints can be ordered as standard in the following formats: Format 20 x 28 cm 30 x 40 cm 45 x 60 cm 50 x 70 cm
  • Is it possible to supply a print in other colors such as sepia or black and white?
    This can be done in consultation. Please contact info@moroccomoods.com
  • Can I also order a mini pouffe in a color that is not showed online?
    Mini Poufs can be supplied custom-made. However, this is only possible in consultation, and there will be additional costs because you will be contacted on site to choose the right fabric together. Do you want this?   • Is it possible to order a framed print?
    If you would like to order a framed print, this is possible. The prices vary and are listed in the webshop.
  • How do I best unpack my print?
    If your print was sent in a tube, we recommend rolling it out directly on the glass, after which you immediately attach the back of the frame. This will automatically give the print the correct flatness. Also ensure a dirt and dust-free surface and touch the print as little as possible. This way the print looks best.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Yes, we offer full and partial refunds. Please check for more information our Shop policy.
  • How much can I get refunded?
    In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund. In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund. In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund. Please check our Shop policy to see if you're eligible for a refund.
  • Who pays shipping costs in case of a refund when the order has free shipping?
    When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
  • How do I return my product?

    If you didn't receive a purchase confirmation email, you may be missing information. Please contact info@moroccomoods.com and we will be happy to help.
  • Do you offer warranty for the products?
    All our products are subject to quality control. Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects. It does not cover improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
  • Do you accept online payments?
    Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, but iDeal, Paypal or Apple/Google Pay are also payment possibilities.

  • How about packaging my product?
    Our products are carefully packaged with eco-friendly materials, and with the best possible protection for your product.
  • How long does it take to get my print?
    Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days. Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
  • How long does it take to get my mini pouf?
    Because our mini poufs are made by hand in Morocco, and possibly according to preference of color and print (customization), delivery can vary from a few days to a few months. This depends on the type of order and the delivery time from our artisans. We assume your understanding for this.
  • How much does it cost?
    Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. Check full details at our Shipping policy.
  • Is there free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders. Check the cart to see the current deals on free shipping.
  • Do you ship globally?
    Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
