Boundaries
The land and sea borders with Spain are all open. Ferries leave from various places in southern Spain to various cities in northern Morocco.
The border with Algeria is closed and people are not allowed to cross there.
The border with Mauritania can be dangerous, partly due to mines. Although it is a special area, it is better not to go there if you have no business there.
Weigh
Morocco generally has modern (fast) roads where you pay tolls on main roads. It is useful to buy a box that will help you get through the toll, you can buy it from the men walking around at the gates. Be careful if you travel by car or motorcycle, because it is very different from Europe.
Driving in the dark is not recommended. A group of people may suddenly appear on the emergency lane in the opposite direction, or a dog may run past your bumper. Driving is also very fast and overtaking can take place from all sides. So avoid driving in the evening/night and make sure you are fresh behind the wheel without fatigue.
It's organized chaos in the cities, boom, but funny enough, things go right more often than they go wrong. Keep your eyes in the back of your head and go with the flow of traffic.
